I worked as an administrative assistant between 2005 and 2009 at ETERNA Insurance Company.
In these four years, in addition to performing administrative tasks, I led different commercial teams for customer acquisition and portfolio management, also combining incident management, policy recovery, and debt management.
In early 2012, I spent several months as a commercial manager at Previsora Bilbaina.
Since October 2012 until the present, I have been working as an insurance agent with an office in Nerja.
Throughout these years, I have been taking training courses related to the insurance world, its taxation, legal environment, laws, etc. Among other training, I would highlight one recently completed, provided by the Continuing Education Institute of the University of Barcelona as a “commercial specialist in Insurance” with a total of three credits.
